What was the most important thing about mindfulness?

I think the most important thing about mindfulness is that you get to take your mind off things and think of what you’re doing right now.

 

What did you like most during the lessons? Why?

I liked that you got to eat the Malteasers and you got to take your mind off things. You’re calm and you don’t have to stress about work.

 

What was the most interesting thing that Jan showed us?

I think the most interesting thing that Jan showed us is that you eat and eat and eat while watching movies without noticing.

 

What feelings did you have working on practising mindfulness?

I liked mindfulness because you learnt stuff that you didn’t know.

 

How has it helped in your life?
I think its helped me in my life for when I play my netball because we are in the finals and I get very nervous. It also helps me with my sleep, to get to sleep faster.
